1. Who is the data controller?
The data controller is Grifols Worldwide Operations Spain, S.A. located at Avda. de la Generalitat 152, 08174 Sant Cugat del Vallés, Barcelona (Spain) ("Grifols").

3. How does Grifols use your personal data?
Grifols uses your personal data to send you by e-mail scientific and educational information regarding the inhibitors challenges of hemophilia treatments.
4. Why does Grifols use your personal data?
The legal basis to process your personal data is:
a) Your consent as expressed in the data collection form.
b) The legitimate interest of Grifols to share your personal data with the Multichannel Marketing team existing across Grifols' group of companies, for the purposes of sending you information on scientific and educational information regarding the inhibitors challenges of hemophilia treatments.
Grifols considers that the legitimate interest in which the processing of your personal data is based overrides your interests and fundamental rights and freedoms, given that your personal data is processed as part of the daily activities of a multinational group of companies. In any case, you may exercise your right to object by addressing such request to privacy@grifols.com.
5. How long Grifols will retain your personal data?
Grifols will process your personal data while you have not expressed your opposition to the reception of communications about scientific and educational information regarding the inhibitors challenges hemophilia treatments. If you oppose to the reception of such communications, Grifols will retain the minimum personal data required to process your request until the end of the statutes of limitation of any liabilities arising from processing your data. Such period shall be, at least, of five (5) years.
6. With whom Grifols will share your personal data?
In accordance with Section 4(b), we will share your personal data with the Multichannel Marketing team existing across our group companies if needed.
Moreover, Grifols may share your personal data with any other third party in case required by applicable law.
